RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Lepsiful (lepsiful.com) ships to worldwide destinations.
We aim to ship in-stock products within 3 working days after the payments clears if the item is in stock. Delivery time for received and paid orders is 1-30 working days. Delivery time varies based on the geographic area to where you want the products to be delivered. Delivery may take a little longer during high season.
Please note that for products which currently are not in stock including “Personalised” and “Pre-order “ products it takes about 3-5 weeks before we can ship it to your address due to production process. Personalised product are designed upon your request especially for you.
We strive to deliver our products to your address in shortest time period possible but please be aware that we depend on manufacturing time (if products are not in stock) and shipping time. There can be unforeseen delays in transit due to Customs Clearance processes or with delivery of which we have no control.
All orders delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duties, which you (the purchaser) are responsible for paying. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are added on top of your purchase amount.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is possible by PayPal, with Credit card and with Cash on delivery (only for Slovenia).
The invoice for the ordered products will be received together with the ordered products in the parcel. You are obliged to check the accuracy of the information on the invoice and notify any errors to Lepsiful within eight days of receptive the invoice. Any later notifications as to the correctness of the invoices issued will not be taken into account.
The prices of Lepsiful products and shipping services are given in EUROS (EUR).
Prices shown are final. One thing that needs to be paid extra is the shipping cost which depends on the weight of purchased item(s), the country and type of delivery.

Our policy lasts 8 days counting from delivery date (cooling-off period). The cooling-off period starts to run the next day after the receipt of the product. If 8 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be absolutely unused and unworn and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your contact information, order number and copy of receipt.
All returned items must be postmarked via reputable carrier of your choice within 8 days of the original delivery received date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked outside this time frame are subject to rejection.
The cost involved in returning the product to Lepsiful will not be covered or reimbursed by us.
We consider complaints about LEPSIFUL products (in following “item/items”) provided that the invoice is submitted. You can return the item if it does not have the characteristics that Lepsiful has explicitly promised, if Lepsiful sent the wrong items, wrong colour, quantity or if item in any way deviates from your order. You can return the item within 8 days of purchase and require immediate replacement with the flawless item or a refund. Lepsiful shall be liable for latent defects of the item, however, it is not responsible for damage due to improper maintenance. You can return the item by sending it to Lepsiful, after consulting with Lepsiful about the shipping. The costs of sending the item in case of justified complaint shall be covered by Lepsiful. In the case of justified complaint, you are granted the option to replace the item with the same or similar one or replace it for anything else or that the purchase price is refunded to your bank account.
Refunds (if applicable)
We reserve the right to withhold the refund of payments received until the acceptance of the returned product or until you submit the evidence that the product was sent back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of notification of withdrawal-
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email@example.com.
Sale / discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Customised / Personalised item
Please note that Personalised items are customised and personalised upon your request. Unfortunately Personalised items, and products that have been customized in any way are also final sales and cannot be refunded. Please note that Personalised and customised items can not be exchanged. No returns or exchanges.
Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and send your item to: Lepsiful, Petra Volk Božič, Livarska 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lepsiful, Petra Volk Božič, Livarska 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Lepsiful does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back.
To be on the safe side, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser account. If you receive a refund, purchase price will be refunded minus return shipping costs. Once the refund has been completed Lepsiful will send a confirmation via e-mail.
Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we cannot cancel your order.
If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left by your local postage service.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.
We are not able to reship packages that are undelivered for any reason (undeliverable as addressed, not picked up at the post office in time) and returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping and handling costs and import fees / international customs duties are non-refundable. Please note that returns that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.
We are currently unable to provide pre-paid shipping for your returns and so you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
